By accessing and using the SU Clubs Management System, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the system.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the system, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
  • Protect your account credentials from unauthorized access
  • Use the system in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the system for any illegal purpose
  • Upload, post, or share any content that is harmful, abusive, or violates third-party rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the system

5. Club Management

Club leaders and administrators are responsible for managing their club information in accordance with university policies and these terms of service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The system is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall the university be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the system.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the system after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
